# Auto-ship to FEMA

> Configure when orders are automatically sent to FEMA after arriving in Shopify.

## What it is

Auto-ship creates the FEMA shipment as soon as an order arrives in Shopify, with no manual action required. You can choose when that happens: immediately, after a delay, or at a fixed time of day.

## Where to configure

In Shopify Admin, open the FEMA app and click **Auto-ship** in the sidebar.

## Available modes

| Mode                       | Behaviour                                                                                                 |
| -------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Disabled** | No shipments are created automatically. You must create them manually via the order block or bulk action. |
| **Immediate** | The FEMA shipment is created as soon as the order is received in Shopify. |
| **Delayed** | The shipment is created after a configurable number of hours (1–12). |
| **Scheduled (end of day)** | All orders for the day are sent to FEMA at a fixed time (in UTC). |

## How to configure

1. Select the desired **Mode**.
2. If you chose **Delayed**, set the **Delay (hours)** (minimum 1, maximum 12).
3. If you chose **Scheduled**, set the **Send time (UTC)** in `HH:MM` format (e.g. `20:00`).
4. Click **Save**.

<Note>
  The send time is in UTC. Convert to your timezone before configuring (e.g. Portugal in winter is UTC+0, in summer UTC+1).
</Note>

<Tip>
  Use **Delayed** mode if you want a window to cancel or edit orders before they are submitted to FEMA.
