What it is

Auto-ship creates the FEMA shipment as soon as an order arrives in Shopify, with no manual action required. You can choose when that happens: immediately, after a delay, or at a fixed time of day.

Where to configure

In Shopify Admin, open the FEMA app and click Auto-ship in the sidebar.

How to configure

  1. Select the desired Mode.
  2. If you chose Delayed, set the Delay (hours) (minimum 1, maximum 12).
  3. If you chose Scheduled, set the Send time (UTC) in HH:MM format (e.g. 20:00).
  4. Click Save.
The send time is in UTC. Convert to your timezone before configuring (e.g. Portugal in winter is UTC+0, in summer UTC+1).
Use Delayed mode if you want a window to cancel or edit orders before they are submitted to FEMA.
