What it is

The Create FEMA shipments bulk action lets you process multiple orders simultaneously, instead of creating each label individually.

How to use

  1. In Shopify Admin, go to Orders.
  2. Select the orders you want to process (checkbox on the left of each row).
  3. Click Actions → Create FEMA shipments.
  4. A panel opens showing all selected orders.

For each order you can set:
  • Package — select from your configured packages
  • Volumes — number of volumes for that order (1 to 9)
Orders the app detects as invalid are automatically marked as skipped:

Cancelled orderSkipped — no shipment created
Shipment already existsSkipped — no duplicate
Click Create X shipments to process all pending orders.

Results

After processing, each order shows its result:
StatusMeaning
Created (green)Label created successfully
Skipped (yellow)Cancelled order or shipment already exists
Error (red)Creation failed — see the error message
To create shipments for all orders from the day, filter by date before selecting — saves you processing them one by one.
